He came from a hoarding situation where a woman had over 60 dogs on her property and animal regulations came in and took them to the shelter. After 4 weeks the lady relinquished them to the public. The good news is these dogs were never abused and were in pretty good condition. Now they can start a life where they won't feel neglected or abandoned. Bubbles is neutered, micro chipped and current on his vaccines. Bubbles was adopted in Oct. and his new owner had a massive stroke and Bubbles was returned. He is very well trained. So all the hard work has been done for his new owner.
