6 - 7 years old, Blue merle, Australian Shepherd mix, Casey poses like she is looking for a new career as a canine model but she is really searching for a familiar face. She was adopted some months ago from an animal shelter with her young pup by a family who was new to do ownership. Two dogs were more than they could handle and we asked them if we could find a home for Casey where she would receive an extra dose of love and affection. She is house trained, spayed, micro chipped and current on vaccines. Casey loves to play ball and gets along well with other dogs. She weighs 37 pounds and will eagerly devote herself to her new family. She is just about the age for an Aussie to settle down, with good energy but the right amount of mellow to be an ideal companion. If you adopt Casey than you will be hitting a home run.
