18 months old, Tan, Brussels Griffon mix, Topanga is just a wisp of a dog, a free spirit floating by at 14 pounds. He's a happy dog, carefree and eager to meet people and tell them how much he loves them. Topanga hardly noticed the hardships of the shelter and he is proof of the resilience of our canine friends. He is now neutered, micro chipped and current on his vaccines. He would like to begin the holidays at home with a family of his own. When we adopted Topanga we were never told he would not be allowed in the house. Why would anyone adopt a dog and leave them outside. YIKES. Therefore, Topanga, being bored would dig under a fence and try to visit neighbors and play with their dog. All we can say is "thank goodness Topanga has been returned to PPR and we promise him this will never happen again."
